The Problem NoProblem agent is installed on the computers that will be supported. This allows the ability to call support when needed, remotely access the PC for support and keep the PC's patch status up to date.

Create a ticket  
In a case where assistance is needed, all a user needs to do is double click on the agent that appears in the notification bar and submit a ticket with the problem needing help.

 
Attachments to tickets
A snap shot of the problem can be attached in the body of the ticket for support professionals to analyze. Simply click on the ‘browse’ button at the bottom of the ‘Create New Ticket’ page and insert the appropriate file regarding the problem.
 
History of all tickets

A view of all tickets solved or pending can be viewed with history of actions taken to the solution of the problem.

 

 
Chat with support

During the process of problem solving the user and support professional can communicate with live chat to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

 

 
Email support

Simply click on send email in the function list on the left and send an email to support for any support requests.
