Install PCs to be managed into the support platform
Manual installation of agent

The agent is installed on all the pc’s that will be managed for support. The problem no problem agent will appear in the notification bar.

 

 
 
Deploy agent to multiple PCs
Use the LAN watch utility in the Monitor menu to scan for all pc’s available in the network.
Select install agent and choose all the machines you want to make remotely accessible.

Click on install and the agent will appear on all selected machines notification bar, just like that!!

 
Assign managed machines to groups
Create machine groups  

Manage numerous PCs by assigning them to different groups – by department or floor level.

Simply click on the System tab and create a machine group by choosing a name and clicking on create, it’s that easy!!


 
Secure your network
Remote patch management to controlled machines  

Each managed machine's patch status across the organization is viewable in one central console. Installed patches and missing patches of each machine is listed with a URL link to Microsoft’s knowledgebase for detailed information of each patch.

An alert can be set for each machine to notify whenever a new patch is available.

Automatic updates can be set to all machines as a set schedule at any time and the reboot action after each installed patch can be customized.

Set alerts to inform you of installed, pending and failed Windows update installations.


 
Remote access for support
Configure remote control package for use in each machine  

The master account can select which type of connection can be used for each machine. Four types of connections can be set:

  1. WinVNC
  2. RAdmin
  3. PCAnywhere
  4. Terminal Services
